Pastor Steve Crews is the Senior Pastor of EBC. He graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in Bible. His life verse is Psalm 37:4. His personal interests and hobbies include Kansas City Chiefs football and Kansas City Royals baseball.

Ross Ritchey
Pastor
Pastor Ritchey is the Visitation Pastor of EBC. He graduated from BJU with a B.A. in Bible and attended Detroit Baptist Seminary for two years. In the past he has served as a Youth Pastor, a minister of music, and a Christian School administrator. In his retirement years he has the privilege of visiting shut ins and first time visitors for EBC. He enjoys golfing and watching sports.

Tim Kile
Minister of Music
Tim Kile leads the music ministry at EBC. He graduated from Maranatha Baptist University with a B.S. in Music Education. He and his wife, Megan, have 3 daughters. His life verse is Philippians 1:20. In his free time, Tim enjoys composing and arranging music as well as cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.

Theresa Seip
School Administrative Assistant
Theresa Seip is the school secretary. Her life verse is Philippians 4:13.
She and her husband Brian have four children – Alex, Benjamin, Caleb and Darrah.
In her free time, she enjoys antique and thrift store shopping.
Mary Nieri
Financial Secretary
Mary Nieri is the Financial Secretary for the church and the school. She and her husband Nathan have two daughters, Melanie and Jane. Mary has a B.A. in Communication Arts from Clearwater Christian College. Her hobbies include bike rides with her family and reading.

Megan Kile is the wife of Tim Kile and serves as an Administrative Assistant in the office. She graduated from Maranatha Baptist University with a B.S. in Office Management. Megan enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, and reading.
